An interesting game for KosovanBashkimi (6-0) which played road game in Tirana against 3rd placed Albanian Tirana (4-6). Leader Bashkimi had an easy win 82-54 . Bashkimi looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Brittany Byrd (176-1997, college: UIC) who led the winners and scored 32 points and 8 assists. Arbnore Percuku accounted for 7 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side. Bashkimi's coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Canadian guard Emani Clough (175-1997, college: JCSU) came up with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and Mexican power forward Myriam Lara (188-1994) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Tirana in the defeat. Four Tirana players scored in double figures. Bashkimi have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending Kosovan champion maintains first place with 6-0 record. Defending Albanian champion Tirana dropped to the fifth position with six games lost.
